The shirts I ordered don’t fit, may I exchange or return?
Of course! We accept unwashed and unworn items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions regarding this policy or your order, please email us! email@example.com
You are out of the size that I need, will you be restocking it?
It could be that the shirt you are desiring is in the process of being retired, which means it will not be restocked and we are selling the remaining inventory. If it’s a newly released design it could be that someone else beat you to it. To stay on top of new design releases we recommend you follow us on Instagram or our Facebook page to stay informed about new designs and their release. How is the design printed on the shirt?
The designs are screen printed using a durable long lasting ink. We do not use a vinyl heat press.
Can I custom order a design on a different colored tee?
Unfortunately, we do not custom screen individual designs for t-shirts. Our inventory is what you see listed on our website. If you are interested in custom designs in quantities greater than 36, please email us for custom pricing.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on order value. Shipping starts at $1.95. We offer a quick ship option for priority fulfillment and shipping.
Do you custom design tees for customers?
We would be happy to work with you on creating and supplying you with custom tees for your school, church, camp or event. Our minimum order for custom designs is 36. Please email your inquiry to email@example.com.
The shirt that I ordered has faded.
Some of our shirts are made by Comfort Colors. They offer pigment dyed shirts and these shirts are intended to fade with time. If you do not like the look of a gently faded t-shirt, you may not want to choose these tees… they are identified by the tag. If the tag is dyed the same color as the t-shirt, it is a pigment dyed t-shirt.
